By accessing or using the Lumier website (lumier.live) and our prompt-to-motion animation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Service
Lumier provide a generative animation service that allows users to create motion graphics using natural language prompts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Content
You retain all rights and ownership of the text prompts and the resulting animations generated using your account. You grant Lumier a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and store your generated content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
4.2 Lumier Content
The Website, service, and all original content (excluding user-generated animations), features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Lumier and its licensors.
5. Paid Subscriptions and Refunds
Certain features are only available with a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Lumier to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of the service.
- Automate the service (scrapers, bots) without using our official API.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lumier, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
